About Me.

Hi, I’m Gabriella—a meditation teacher, channeler, psychic intuitive, energy healer, retreat facilitator, and student of philosophy, spirituality, and inner transformation. I’m also someone deeply inspired by people, diverse cultures, and travel that invites connection and growth.

Over the past several years, I've lived across the U.S., Southeast Asia, India, and Europe—driven by a desire to immerse myself in different ways of thinking, being, and living. During that time, I explored and trained in a wide range of spiritual practices, meditation techniques, healing modalities, and self-inquiry tools to connect more deeply with myself, others, and the world around me.

What started as simple curiosity slowly became something much deeper. As my inner world shifted, my outer life transformed in ways I couldn't have imagined. I began to see and experience the world in a completely new wayand with that came a sense of joy and purpose I hadn't known was possible.

As I continued on this path, my sensitivity deepened. Alongside meditation, healing, and inner inquiry, I began to more consciously develop and trust my intuitive and channeling abilities. What had once come through as subtle feelings, inner nudges, or quiet insight became a more direct way of receiving guidance—through psychic perception, energetic awareness, and channeled messages that support clarity, healing, and spiritual alignment.

Now, I support others on their own inner journeys using the tools that guide me—blending ancient and modern wisdom from across cultures and lived experience. Through meditation, introspection, energy work, and intuitive guidance, I help others reconnect with themselves, access greater clarity and presence, and move through life with more trust, joy, and freedom.

Along with this work, I love spontaneous adventures, meaningful conversations, and the little synchronicities that make life feel magical. I almost always have a journal and a book on hand, and writing—whether it’s poetry, stories, or reflections—is one of my favorite ways to stay connected to life.

I’m a contemplator at heart. I love sitting with life’s big questions and exploring them through thought or conversation. I believe the most powerful shifts start within—and that when we reconnect with ourselves, we naturally live with more presence, authenticity, and love in the world around us.

My Journey.

Philosophy & Marketing Foundations

Villanova School of Business

My journey began at Villanova, where I double-majored in Marketing and Philosophy. While my business courses evolved my understanding in strategy, communication, and creative thinking, it was philosophy that truly opened something in me. I found myself captivated by questions of meaning, consciousness, and the purpose of being human. Those classes sparked a deep curiosity that stayed with me long after graduation, quietly laying the groundwork for everything that followed.

The Corporate Chapter

Content & Marketing in Austin

After graduation, I moved to Austin and entered the world of corporate marketing. I worked in content strategy and brand experiences for major tech companies—crafting messaging, coordinating campaigns, and helping brands tell their stories. While I gained valuable skills and creative experience, I often felt a deeper part of me was left unexplored. A growing sense of restlessness began to nudge me in another direction—back towards the questions that first sparked my interest in philosophy.

A Leap to Thailand

Spiritual Immersion & Self-Discovery

Guided by a strong inner pull, I decided to leave behind my life in Austin and move to Thailand for a year. It was here that my journey of inner transformation truly began. I spent my time immersed in local culture, traveling across Southeast Asia, and diving deep into spiritual exploration. I attended meditation retreats, evolved my personal practice, and studied a range of spiritual and philosophical teachings, from Buddhism to other Eastern traditions. I also taught English to Thai children and embraced a simpler way of life, opening space for introspection and connection.

A Transformative Journey in India

Meditation, Yoga, & Reiki Training

After my time in Thailand, I felt a strong call to expand my practice through more intense training, which led me to India. There, I immersed myself in meditation teacher training, yoga teacher training, and Reiki certification, eager to absorb all the wisdom India offers. I also studied yogic philosophy, deepening my understanding of the mind, body, and spirit. From quiet moments in monasteries to unexpected lessons with locals, India opened me to a new way of being—one that centered around presence, reflection, and connection to something greater.

Return to the U.S.

Psychic & Channeling Activation

Continued Exploration Abroad

Since returning to the U.S., I’ve continued deepening my meditation practice through several Dr. Joe Dispenza retreats, where I now volunteer regularly. Over time, my inner work profoundly expanded my sensitivity to energy, intuition, and spiritual guidance, awakening my psychic and channeling abilities. That deepening eventually led me back abroad to Europe, where I continued refining these gifts and studied trance mediumship at Arthur Findlay College. Today, I use these abilities in service to others, offering intuitive, channeled, and healing support for transformation and spiritual growth.

My Purpose.

One of the greatest gifts of this journey has been realizing my purpose: to inspire connection.

I’ve always loved connecting—whether it’s with people, nature, places, or meaningful conversations. It's something that's felt natural to me since I was a child. But over time, I lost touch with the most important connection: the one with myself.

I didn't realize how disconnected I'd become from my body, my intuition, and my true self. At first, it showed up in subtle ways: restlessness, overthinking, seeking outside approval. But then it got louder. I started feeling distant from my family, my friends, and the things that once brought me joy.

It wasn’t until I reached a very low point that I realized something had to change. â€‹â€‹

Or more importantly, that I had to change. That moment marked the beginning of my journey.

Through deep inner work, I slowly began to reconnect with myself. â€‹That reconnection changed everything. I am now a new person living in an entirely new reality. I'm in love with life in a way I could have never imagined. And now, all I want to do is help others do the same.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that connection to self is at the root of everything. â€‹â€‹â€‹

As we begin to connect within, we naturally feel more connected to everything around us.

When we shift, our life starts to shift. We feel more alive, more open, more present with the people, places, and moments that fill our days. We find more joy and fulfillment in the simple things.

And here’s the beautiful paradox: the more we connect with life, the more we return to ourselves. The more we fall in love with life, the more we fall in love with who we truly are. Because in our essence, we are not separate. We’re made of the same energy as everything around us. And through connection, we can return to our true nature as One.
